About
My own path to becoming a clinical supervisor began unexpectedly in a large government organization when I was directed to oversee the practice of two early-career therapists. With minimal training, I embarked on a transformative journey; my new role the catalyst for deep professional and personal development. Supervision, for me, is profoundly rewarding—it's an opportunity to leave a meaningful legacy that has a positive impact on the profession and spark lasting change for generations of courageous clients.

However, in my new position, I quickly learned that there was a harrowing void of support, training and mentorship for new supervisors. In response to the challenges I faced and the insights gained, I've developed a comprehensive framework for the provision of supervision. This includes structured systems that not only ease the mental load of repetitive tasks but also foster open communication and structure in supervision. Now, I'm excited to share this wealth of knowledge with aspiring supervisors and seasoned professionals looking to refine their skills or scale their supervision systems.
